Jeff Meiter
Owner / CEO
Jeff is a 16 year veteran of the civil engineering /surveying industry where he has worked on numerous commercial, industrial, institutional, retail, transportation and public works projects throughout the Inland Empire and beyond.

David has been working in the industry for over 10 years and has experience in commercial, industrial, retail, transportation and public works projects throughout the Inland Empire.

Bill Wallander
CADD Drafter/Designer
Bill has been working in the civil engineering industry for over 20 years and has the CAD capabilities to prepare various types of grading and improvement plans for your project.
Founded in 2014 as a California Corporation, the firm’s roots actually start with previous working engagements. Jeff Meiter (CEO/President), with 17 years of experience in both the Civil Engineering as well as the Surveying world, has worked for both small and large corporations and has experience in all facets of land development and public works. Many of these projects have been turn-key (from initial ALTA survey through permit and final construction). With over 10 years of experience at Associated Engineers in Ontario, California, Jeff was groomed with a solid foundation of technical expertise resulting from the experience of several seasoned Project Managers. With the small company mentality, he understood the necessity to approach each project with nimbleness and integrity. In the later years, he was blessed to work for the multi-national firm Parsons Brinckerhoff. During this time, he managed large scale projects on a world-wide stage to help garner the necessary capabilities and vision for projects of great magnitude. It was at this time that Jeff understood he could leverage the large scale project understanding with a small company attitude and process to provide greater value to every project.
Joining the Valued Engineering team are two key members, David Hwan and Bill Wallander. David has over 10 years of experience in the development world and adds the technology and design expertise to the team. Bill Wallander has over 20 years in the Civil Engineering industry and has a vast capability of design and CADD drafting. As all three worked together at both previous companies, a cohesive team mentality has been forged and will be utilized for all projects. With these experiences, Valued Engineering is poised to assist in both the small and large project realms to provide value to every project.
